To enroll a new YIC student into the Iron County School District, the following forms must be submitted prior to school placement: YIC Intake Form (must be completed by caseworker), birth certificate, and immunizations. Once all forms have been received, we will request the students academic records and set up an intake meeting to determine the most appropriate school placement. If you have any questions, please contact our district’s YIC mentors.
